These Terms govern your use of our website, products and services. By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking or purchasing any travel service through Arcielo, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Our Services

Arcielo provides travel planning and booking services, including:

• Ready-made travel packages
• Customised travel packages
• Tailor-made travel packages
• Flights
• Hotels
• Transfers
• Tours and activities
• Visa assistance (where applicable)
• Travel insurance (where requested)

Availability of services may vary depending on destination and supplier.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The required deposit or full payment has been received.
• AND
• The booking has been accepted and confirmed by the relevant travel supplier.

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm most bookings.

The deposit amount varies depending on the travel services booked and the payment requirements of our travel suppliers.

The required amount will always be communicated before booking confirmation.

Some services, including airline tickets, may require full payment before they can be issued.

The remaining balance must be paid before the deadline specified by the relevant supplier.

Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

4. Prices

Package prices displayed on our website are starting prices and are provided for guidance only.

Prices are generally shown as:
From Rs XX,XXX per person.

Once you submit a Check Availability request, Arcielo will verify availability and pricing with the relevant travel suppliers.

A personalised quotation will then be prepared and sent to you.

The quotation will clearly indicate:

• Final package price
• Package inclusions
• Payment required to confirm the booking
• The validity period of the quotation

Prices and availability are confirmed only after verification with our travel suppliers. Once a quotation has been issued, the quoted price remains valid for the period stated in the quotation.

5. Quotations

Every quotation issued by Arcielo will specify its period of validity.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid only for the period specified on the quotation.

After this period, prices and availability may need to be reconfirmed.

6. Ready-Made Packages

Ready-made packages are sold as advertised on the website.

Package inclusions, exclusions and conditions are clearly stated on each package page.

7. Package Customisation

Selected packages may be customised.

Customisation is subject to supplier availability, operational feasibility and any additional costs that may apply.

Not every package can be customised.

8. Tailor-Made Packages

Tailor-made travel proposals are designed according to the client’s individual requirements.

Arcielo reserves the right to charge a planning or consultation fee for tailor-made quotations.

If the client proceeds with the booking, this fee may be deducted from the final booking amount.

9. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas and any other travel documents required for their journey.

Where requested, Arcielo may assist with visa applications.

However, Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

Arcielo cannot guarantee visa approval.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Travel insurance may provide protection for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss or delay, personal liability and other unforeseen circumstances.

Where requested, Arcielo may assist clients in obtaining suitable travel insurance.

Arcielo is not responsible for losses that would normally be covered by a travel insurance policy.

11. Flights

Airline tickets are issued according to the fare rules of the respective airline.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject entirely to the airline’s fare conditions.

12. Supplier Changes

Hotels, airlines, tour operators and other travel suppliers may occasionally make changes beyond Arcielo’s control.

Where possible, Arcielo will inform clients promptly and assist in finding suitable alternatives.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Arriving on time
• Complying with airline requirements
• Respecting local laws and customs
• Following immigration requirements
• Carrying all necessary travel documents

14. Travel Disruptions

If travel is disrupted due to airline delays, baggage loss, supplier issues or other unforeseen circumstances, Arcielo will make every reasonable effort to assist clients.

However, Arcielo cannot be held financially responsible for losses caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators or other third-party travel suppliers.

15. Legal Responsibility While Travelling

Travellers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of every country they visit.

Arcielo cannot be held responsible for fines, penalties, denied entry, deportation, arrests or any legal consequences arising from a traveller’s actions or failure to comply with local laws.

16. Force Majeure

Arcielo shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, war, airline strikes or severe weather.

17. Limitation of Liability

Arcielo acts as an intermediary between clients and independent travel service providers.

While we carefully select our travel partners, we cannot accept liability for acts, omissions or failures of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers or other third-party suppliers.

18. Website Information

We make every reasonable effort to keep our website accurate and up to date.

However, prices, availability, itineraries and package details may change without prior notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
